Can't view the course pages

If you are receiving a ACL error or Access Denied when trying to view a course, is usually caused from an Internet Explorer or Firewall issue blocking the igetit content servers .

Start by adding http://content.myigetit.com and http://www.myigetit.com (you could also just addhttp://*.myigetit.com ) as a trusted site in Internet Explorer.

  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Click Tools > Internet Options
  3. Choose Security tab > click the Trusted Sites selection.
  4. Choose the Sites button and add http://content.myigetit.com and http://www.myigetit.com  . (may need to uncheck the require https checkbox)
  5. It is also recommended to add *.myigetit.com to trust all i GET IT sites.

Also, you may have to request your IT staff to allowhttp://content.myigetit.com and http://www.myigetit.com through a Proxy Server or add it the ACL list for a firewall. Please contact support@myigetit for any additional assistance.
