In i GET IT, there are two way to view your courses in the course display.

  • Vertical Mode - The vertical mode is used for side-by-side training, that allows you to display the i GET IT course in a thin vertical window next to the application your learning about.  This mode is especially useful for coompleting projects.
  • Horizontal Mode - The preferred mode for learning is the horizontal mode.  It allows the course interface to take up the whole screen and places the image frame on the left and the lesson text on the right.

Changing the Layout

If you want to change your preference the course display uses for all courses, follow the directions below.

  1. After logging into i GET IT, choose the Account tab.
  2. Choose Edit Preferences from the User Profile section.
  3. Select the radio button for Vertical or Horizontal Mode.
  4. Click Save.

When you re-enter the course display, the courses will now use your preference for display.

Tip:  You can change the display layout while in the course using the Toggle Layout icon in the course toolbar. cwbtntogglelay.gif
