If you are receiving a ACL error or Access Denied when trying to view a course, is usually caused from an Internet Explorer or Firewall issue blocking the igetit content servers .
- Open Internet Explorer
- Click Tools > Internet Options
- Choose Security tab > click the Trusted Sites selection.
- Choose the Sites button and add http://content.myigetit.com and http://www.myigetit.com . (may need to uncheck the require https checkbox)
- It is also recommended to add *.myigetit.com to trust all i GET IT sites.
Also, you may have to request your IT staff to allowhttp://content.myigetit.com and http://www.myigetit.com through a Proxy Server or add it the ACL list for a firewall. Please contact support@myigetit for any additional assistance.
