The Welcome Tour for Users is enabled when a new user is created, which is a series of walk through prompts for a user first using i GET IT. The goal is to help users with some of the basics of using i GET IT. The user has the option to follow the tour through a series of guides which they can choose to not see again when they have completed the tour or if they just don't want to see it. In some cases, a team administrator will want to turn those back on for users. Maybe because of recent changes to i GET IT or just to refresh users.
To turn the tours back on, just simply:
- Login as a user with administrator role.
- Select Account > Account Preferences.
- Scroll down to Reset Welcome Tour for Users.
- Click the Reset button. Now all the users will be prompted with the welcome tour again on their next login.
NOTE: From time-to-time, i GET IT will automatically enable the Welcome Tour for Users after making substantial new feature changes or major version updates.
