In the case that you want your user profile data removed from I GET IT, please use the following guidelines below. Before getting started with your erasure request, please note this request will result in the I GET IT user account being deleted and information normalized unless you leave your first name, last name and email address in your user profile. We are able to remove all other forms of personal data that was collected.
Requesting Your Personal Data Removed
To start your request for personal data erasure, log into I GET IT and select Support from the top toolbar. This will take you to our I GET IT Helpdesk. If you aren't logged in or don't know your login information, please use the following Url to submit your request https://support.myigetit.com/hc/en-us/requests/new .
Click the Submit Request option from the top to start a new request.
Fill in your contact details, username and details for your request. You can simply state that you are "Requesting my personal data to be erased from I GET IT".
Select the Request personal data erasure option as Request Type.
Click the Submit button to submit your request.
What Happens Next?
Once our teams receive your erasure request, they will reach out to confirm your request by email. Once confirmed, your I GET IT user account will be deleted and user and training information normalized. These requests will be completed within 48-hours.
For Team Account Users
As a special note to users who belong to a team account.. If we receive a request for personal data erasure, we will first forward the request to the account owner and/or team manager to validate the request. Once we receive verification, we will continue the personal data erasure process.
