Included in this release article are new updates, changes, improvements, new features and fixes to issues related to i GET IT Learning.
New Profile Attribute! Job Role
A new user attribute has been added to i GET IT, allowing team account customers a way to identify a users job role. The attribute will be collected, store and made available in User Management, reporting exports and filtering for conditional (dynamic) groups. The job role attribute is a text fill-in box, allowing the manager to type-in what they wish and/or used in collection of the users profile during single sign-on integrations.
New Profile Attribute! Region
Another new user attribute has been added to i GET IT, allowing team account customers a way to identify a users region. It is true that we already have a Country attribute, but that is only for the specific country the learner is located. With the new region attribute, such use cases for region could be: geographical areas, departments, divisions, and more. The region attribute is a text fill-in box, allowing the manager to type-in what they wish and/or used in collection of the users profile during single sign-on integrations.
Improvement! User Management List Query
After important customer feedback, we have worked to improve our User Management performance while query a list of users. Prior to this release, the queries seemed to take longer than they should have. Our developers identifier ways to speed up the process and now the user list requests are speedy, by identifying some unnecessary calculations for each users learning stats. With this new release of i GET IT, we can now pull 18,000 person queries in just a couple seconds.
