This article will cover using the My Team report in our i GET IT Enterprise reporting.
My Team is a report module for managers of a group(s) of people. The goal is to provide managers one place to get a list of their assigned people, see their assigned learning progress and view their training history.
Access My Team Reports
- Login with either the Admin or Manager Role.
- Select Reporting from the navigation sidebar.
- Select My Team from the reporting panel.
- The My Team reporting is now available. All users assigned to you as the manager in their profile (for Admin, ALL users will be shown) will be shown. Use the group drop down list to filter the results. Note: Groups of users are created by Admins and assigned to Managers to view.
After opening the My Team report module, your list of users will be shown. Some common uses would be:
See Status of Assigned Learning Paths
- Open a user by clicking on the left-hand arrow in each users row.
- After expanding the user, by default you will see a list of learning paths and their status. Expand each learning path to learn the details of what courses and assessments are completed and/or need to be completed.
- Click the Send Notification button to send a reminder email for completing the incomplete learning paths.
Download Transcript
- Click the Transcript button in the users row to download a PDF transcript. This will include the users course and assessment history.
History
- Open a user by clicking on the left-hand arrow in each users row.
- After expanding the user, click the History tab and view all of the course and assessment events for the user.
Download History
- Click the Download History button at the top to export the Team's complete history. The format is CSV, which can be opened with your favorite spreadsheet program (ie...Excel).
