The following are release notes for the latest additions, changes, fixes and updates to i GET IT Learning.
Course Duration Format Change
Based on customer feedback, we have changed the course duration feedback to read into hours:minutes in our Reports section.
For Authors, that means you can now set your course duration to hours and minutes (i.e... 1 Hour and 15 Minutes).
For Admins and Managers running reports, we have changed the reports to pull in the data in hours and minutes format. (i.e... HH:MM, 01:27). We also have added the course duration to the reports for each course so you can make a comparison of the users time vs. expected time.
And for Students, when you browse the catalog, history, transcript, etc... you will see your course duration format in hours and minutes.
Added Course Duration to Reports
For course reports, we have added the duration to the reports so users can make comparisons on expected course duration vs. the actual users accumulated course duration.
My Transcript Format Improvement
We have changed the format for a users transcript as part of My Transcript in Reports. We have removed the panel view and reverted to a grid view so it is easier to sift through the data and download any earned certificates.
Export Reports (New!)
A new section for reports called Export Reports will allow users to quickly download reporting data on course progress, assessment results and learning path progress. The Export Reports is a compliment to the Custom Report Jobs, the difference being that Report Jobs are used to schedule reoccurring jobs for running. Export Reports is a great option if you want to quickly pull report data on a specific set of courses, assessments or learning path in a downloadable format.
Custom Certificates (Enterprise Customers)
i GET IT can now work with customers providing us their own designed PDF template for use in their account for course and assessment certificates. This will allow the customer to use their own branding in their templates. Enterprise level customers qualify and can reach out to our support services for assistance.
